The Finnish Folk High School Association

The Finnish Folk High School Association represents the interests of folk high schools in Finland. The association supports through its activities the equal right to civic society education and lifelong learning. It supports the educational mission of the folk high school movement that is built upon pluralistic ideological backgrounds and strengthens the unity of the folk high school movement.

The Finnish Folk High School Association is also a multidisciplinary developer of educational policy and an active influencer in the overall discussion in society. The association consists of the 74 upholders of the Finnish folk high schools.
